Yeshua is the good shepherd who lays down his life for others

One of the responsibilities of a Melchizedek priest is that you are to teach the ways of the heavenly Father.

We are to be taught the torah/instruction, and we are to live the torah/instruction.

As a firstborn son, if the situation calls for it we are to lay down our life for our family.

John 10:11 - I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd gives his life for the sheep.

John 10:14 - I am the good shepherd and know my sheep and am known of mine.

John 10:15 - As the Father knows me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.

John 15:13 - Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

John 10:16 - And other sheep I have [Ephraim] which are not of this fold [Judah]: them also I must bring and they shall hear my voice [ Ephraim] and there shall be one fold [Ephraim and Judah] and one shepherd [Ez 37:24]

John 10:17 - Therefore does my Father love me because I lay down my life that I might take it again.

Ephraim was firstborn of Northern Kingdom.
